1. Copyright & Image Use

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and all photographs, is my exclusive property and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not download, screenshot, reproduce, distribute, or modify any images displayed on this Site without my explicit written permission. Standard client photo-sharing rights and commercial usage licenses are negotiated separately and outlined in individual client photography contracts.

2. Booking Requests

Submitting an inquiry through my contact form does not guarantee a booking or reserve a specific date. A photography session is only officially booked once we both sign a separate, legally binding photography contract and the required deposit/retainer is paid. Please ensure all information you provide when filling out my inquiry form is accurate and complete so I can serve you best.

My Site and footer may contain links to external websites (like social media platforms, client galleries, or vendor friends). I do not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
