Earlier this year, I successfully completed a Design Thinking workshop as part of a collaboration between Saint Joseph’s University and SAP North America. Students used design thinking principles to develop creative solutions to complex problems such as reducing food waste and expediting business travel. This 4-week workshop was led by John Roche, CMC and Natalie Wood.
